Regarding our batteries, we decided to issue an official statement.
With the rise of global raw material prices and the rise of the new energy industry, the demand for batteries such as LG/SANYO has increased sharply, resulting in a shortage of batteries in the entire electric skateboard market, making it difficult to purchase, and even if they can be bought, the quantity is limited, the price is high, and the supply will not match the increased order.
We are always looking for solutions. After many tests, we finally found a battery with excellent stability and safety performance. But the cruising range is shorter than the original battery.
When replacing the batteries, we changed the relevant information on the official website in time. However, we did not issue the notice in time, which caused many customers to be ignorant of this matter and misunderstood. We are very sorry about this.
We made the bellow changes based on the quality of the new battery and the quality of WowGo products.
Warranty adjustment:
1. The warranty period of WowGo 3 is extended from 6 months to 9 months (calculated from the date you receive the skateboard)
2. The warranty period of WowGo 3X is extended from 6 months to 9 months (calculated from the day you receive the skateboard)
3. The warranty period of WowGo AT 2 is extended from 9 months to 12 months (calculated from the day you receive the skateboard)
4. The battery warranty period is extended from 3 months to 5 months.( Except for 2s pro battery)
*Orders from 10th May (including 10th May) will implement the warranty in accordance with the new warranty policy
This change takes effect immediately.
