Q: Can I change my order after I order?
A: Yes, you can! You will need to contact us within 2 hours after you place the order. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed successfully because it is hard to modify the order once it gets sent to the factory.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Q: Why is the tracking number not updating?
A: The tracking number will be updated only when it arrives in your destination country and clears customs. It will then be given to your local DHL, UPS, or FedEx and then it will be updated. Before it was given to DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Please do not worry.

A: The max load of WowGo is 330 pounds (150kg). We do recommend a maximum weight of 264 pounds (120kg). Weights above that might have an impact on the board’s performance and speed.

A: You can adjust the tightness of the nut at the front of the truck by using a T-wrench. Loosen the nut to make the steering flexible. Tightening the nut will make the steering stiff.
Q: How do I pair the remote to the board?
A: It’s easy! 1: Turn off the board and remote. 2: Long press the power button of the board and the remote at the same time for more than 5 seconds. 3: When the remote vibrates, it will show that it's paired.

A: From the day you receive your package. The warranty is for 180 days (270 for the AT2).

WowGo boards are built using the best motors, ESC, and batteries. We test all individual parts and run each WowGo Board for 210 minutes before packaging them for shipment to ensure they are built to last.
All components, such as an extra remote or battery, can be purchased separately in our shop. If you do not see the part listed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We also provide a 90 days warranty for the parts and components you bought separately on our website.
The WowGo board can be easily repaired by replacing a broken part. We are happy to diagnose and send replacement part/s to your board free of charge if the board is still under warranty. Free shipping and free parts.
If the problem still persists after our diagnosis, we will continue to help you find the correct replacement part until the problem is solved.
