First of all, thanks for your continued support and concern for Wowgo;
As we all know, due to the impact of the Chinese Spring Festival and Wuhan pneumonia, we are unable to deal with all kinds of problems in time for everyone, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Therefore, we would do something within our power and hope to make up for the inconvenience and loss of everyone.
1) If the logistics delay is more than 1 week, we will extend the warranty period (free shipping) as follows:
      Wowgo 2S, Wowgo KT, Wowgo MINI, their warranty period is extended from 3 months to 6 months;
      Wowgo 3, Wowgo 3X, their warranty period is extended from 6 months to 1 year;

2) If you need to cancel the order, we will handle it as soon as we return to the office. All the news will be replied as soon as we are back to work;

3) We will start to arrange the shipment around 10th February 2020 and the logistics will return to normal around 17th February 2020;

4) Some models in our US warehouses are still available. You can receive the boards within 1-5 days by door to door service, and you can rest assured to place an order;
