A: We will ship your board out within 2 business days. (But the tracking number will be updated in a few days)
A: Yes, you can! You will need to contact us within 2 hours after you place the order. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed successfully because it is hard to modify the order once it gets sent to the factory.
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
A: The tracking number will be updated only when it arrives in your destination country and clears customs. It will then be given to your local DHL, UPS, or FedEx and then it will be updated. Before it was given to DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Please do not worry.
A: No tax will be charged to US and EU customers if your order is a completed board. (tax will be charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea). If you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU/CA, you will need to pay tax. If you live in New Zealand, we may ship your board in 2 packages due to the custom rules. We will ship your battery and remote in one package and your board in another. The full board will be able to be assembled with the contents of both packages.
A: Yes, you can. You will, however, bear any expenses incurred.
A: Yes, you can. You will, however, bear any expenses incurred. In addition, if the package is returned due to a problem with the customer's address, the customer will also be responsible for the costs incurred.
A: If the forwarder tells us that your shipping address is a remote address, an additional fee will be charged. The fee varies according to the address.
A: The board is not waterproof. The water resistance may reduce after you use the board for a long time. Water may damage the board, so we recommend that you ride around water and stay away from wet or icy surfaces. Riding on wet or icy surfaces is extremely dangerous, because it is very easy to lose control of the powerful board.
A: Yes, you could do that, but it is not required. The battery is not fully charged before leaving the factory (to protect the battery during long-distance shipping) and it may be low upon arrival.
A: The max load of WowGo is 330 pounds (150kg). We do recommend a maximum weight of 264 pounds (120kg). Weights above that might have an impact on the board’s performance and speed.
A: You can adjust the tightness of the nut at the front of the truck by using a T-wrench. Loosen the nut to make the steering flexible. Tightening the nut will make the steering stiff.
A: It’s easy! 1: Turn off the board and remote. 2: Long press the power button of the board and the remote at the same time for more than 5 seconds. 3: When the remote vibrates, it will show that it's paired.
A: Please re-pair the remote to the board and then you will see the option (km or miles), double-click the power button on the remote to confirm the selection.
A: Please contact our after-sale service and they will help you out. You can send videos or pictures showing the problem to this email: info@wowgoboard.com. We will be more than happy to help you out!
A: There are many reasons why we can make this possible. First, we do not have any advertisement expenses. Amazon charges 15 percent so we instead sell directly to customers on our own website. Third, compared with the European and American countries, the manpower cost in China is very low. Additionally, we have sent over 25000+ WowGo electric skateboards to customers all over the world. This means the board is currently sold at an extremely low profit margin, while still maintaining a high quality of the components used. We hope to attract new customers with our high quality, great performance, and budget price. We pride ourselves on certified components like our powerful Samsung battery, powerful motors, and our stable and waterproof ESC. We believe that maintaining a high quality and low price will allow consumers to recognise our brand and support us further in the future. That's why we made such a great product with such a low price!
A: From the day you receive your package. The warranty is for 180 days (270 for the AT2).
A: Please contact our customer support, we will always do our best to help, but there are no guarantees. Sometimes it is simply too late, and the currier no longer allows a change. If there is an additional charge to change the address, the customer will be notified before the change to decide if they want to proceed. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

So far I've put about 20 miles on my board commuting on campus and it is fantastic for that, punchy enough to get through gaps in crowds but stable enough for going full speed on straightaways! Love the protectors on the front and back to prevent damage to the deck in case of an accident. Some people say the handle makes it look cheap but honestly its just so practical for real world use I don't mind it at all.
I only have 2 complaints. In order to put the 105mm wheels on I had to take the motor covers off on both sides, as when I fully tightened the wheels they pressed against the covers, preventing the tires from moving. It would be nice if they included an extra couple of spacers for this scenerio. The 2nd complaint is that the belts on mine feel just a bit too tight, but when I took the wheels off to shift the motor, it was already as close as it could be to the wheels, the motors could not be adjusted to be closer. Tight belts may lower the range slightly but the board rides fine and the range is more than enough for me so I'm not super upset about it. This could be fixed by using a slightly larger belt.
Don’t have much skateboard experience but started to try and work on my snowboarding in the offseason season. Carving on it was better than I thought it would be and I’ve got over 450km on it already in just over a month. I was surprised at its power and speed and I get out on it regularly. Very happy with my purchase so far, I hope it lasts with the amount of use I’m putting on it.
Brilliant board for the money
Really enjoyed
Great fun
Also very impressed with the company good communication throughout the purchase and after sales was excellent
I very rarely leave a review but this product goes above and beyond
I could not be more satisfied with the customer service I received from Ella and Jason. Ella reaching out to make sure the mailing address was going to work out and Jason giving me a video lesson on how to properly assemble the honeycomb wheels. The board itself is awesome too. Top notch service, I am very satisfied and will be purchasing from WowGo again in the future if I upgrade or get another board. Thank you
In a nutshell, i purchased a significantly more expensive E skateboard at a similar time to the 3E and find the 3E board pretty much better in every way, it pulls like a husky and is way more nimble, good job guys
I only stared long board couple of years ago. So I ain’t the best. This board is good had me lookin like a pro!.. I Stay in Van city the hills over here get real steep. 90mm wheels and motors do their jobs brilliantly.
Ps. I ordered parts I need, it was here within a week of ordering.
Thanks Wowgo!
Mainard.
I got one of these boards for my son for a present, he let me have a go on it and i got one for myself within a week, they are excellent value. They are 12s power and belt driven which is a very good combination, I have longboarded loads over the years and electric boards are way safer because you can brake going down hill, I would definitely recomend this board and trust wowgo.
First, great customer service.
From the order to the delivery everything went smoothly with great communication.
This skateboard is next level, smooth and fast and strong.
I can’t tell you enough to express my joy when I am raiding it!
I've had it for around two months and it's been an amazing experience every time I've used it!
I just found out that there's an option to reverse and that's super cool! I must have been so excited that I didn't properly read through the paper.
Wear a helmet!
This is my first electric skateboard to ever ride/own.
I’m 56 years old and my old John Gibson Zorlac hasn’t seen the pavement for a couple of decades. Haven’t skated in a very long time.
I chose wowgo after watching and reading everything I could find concerning electric skateboards. I gotta say man I am blown away. From the first time I stepped on my Wowgo 3E.
The strength, handling, and braking are unbelievable.
500$ well spent.
Thanks to the people at Wowgo.
This old dude’s back on the pavement. I might even dust off the old Zorlac.
The electric longboard allows you to get to work; the effort required for the same trip is ultimately not much different from that needed with a non-assisted bike
Wowgo made me streight out of a BackToTheFuture film its so incredible, i dont mind they break every 4 months either, worth it.
On my 4th wowgo 3e board now 1680$ later
The belt was 10mm too tight, but it was easy to find a replacement.
It is sold in EU, but missing the CE-marking in order to be street legal.
The ESC have outputs for headlights, but nothing exposed to the board.
Fun to ride, and really great product for the price.
My son has had a great time with his board. He has used it around his university campus and had a great time. The only issue: The screws that hold in the electronics and battery on the bottom of the board have come loose and a few have been lost.
The granddaughter that I purchase this for to ride while she is in college is very happy with the way it rides turns and convenience. She’s a small girl so we had to loosen the trucks up a little bit for her to turn properly but that’s all we’ve had to do. She’s extremely happy..
Loving the board, but for some reason, the battery life ain’t that great I had the older version of this board and the battery life was amazing still a great board.
Good board. I love the handles, way easier to carry. The bigger wheels definitely worth it, way smoother. Only downside is the battery, which could be a bit bigger.
Hi there! I’ve been flying through the streets of Chicago with the 3e board. I’m thoroughly loving it. I’ve hit close to a hundred miles in a month and can’t wait to get out again.
The board is great. It rides really well. It dampens vibrations nicely. The remote is very predictable. The only downside was that the front trucks were mounted the wrong way, so I had to fix them myself. One of the straps was also rubbing against the cover, and I had to adjust that too. Apart from these minor factory issues, there’s nothing to complain about. MEGA FUN!
The skate board is great, I like it a lot and it works well, some of the screws fall out of the board but I contact wow go and they where really helpful and nice with me they help me to fix my problem and I’m happy with the good customer service.
As a snowboarder with two young kids, getting to the mountains isn't always feasible. That's why I bought the WOWGO 3E, and it's exceeded all my expectations for scratching that carving itch.
I'm 5'9" and 210 lbs, living in a hilly area, and I consistently get about 7 miles per charge. Battery life hasn't been an issue; my feet usually tire around the 25% mark, and I'm typically home by 50% battery. The acceleration and braking are impressively responsive, making for a smooth ride.
For those with a background in board sports, the remote will likely be the biggest adjustment, but it's well worth the learning curve.
This is the second WowGo 3E that I bought. Last summer, I bought my first electric skateboard and was so impressed with the quality that I decided to buy another one this year with 105 mm wheels, so I could keep the 90 mm wheels on my other board. I haven't had any QC problems with my first board so I'm not anticipating any issues with this one either. WowGo is also remarkably efficient when it comes to shipping. Within a week of placing my order, the board was already at my doorstep. In contrast, I recently bought a board from a different company; and despite placing my order nearly two weeks ago, it still hasn't shipped yet. Definitely glad that I purchased the 3E as my first board!
