Great service from the start. I got given a board without a remote or charger. Asked for advice and they put me in the right direction. Remote came quickly and was so easy to set up. Now to get the charger.👍
works fine and as described. Not as good as the old one. The older style was easier to see which mode you were in and also had reverse.
Received the remote for my board and a timely manner, connected really easy to the board and functions exactly as promised. I am very happy with my experience now I need to get a charger because my charger is not working LOL

My kids lost the original remote for their WOWGO 2s. Ordered this one and not only does it connect, but they say it also gives them the speed at which they are traveling. Works and connects perfectly. A tad expensive...
Came very fast and worked perfectly ( to pair press and hold button on command and power on board 😉) It would be nice from WowGo to be possible to change only the battery !! Thank you 🙏 WowGo 3 since 2013 !

My original remote that came with the board malfunctioned I was under warranty but in my talks with customer service they did not provide me with a replacement so I spent out of pocket money. The remote works as it should and I can use my board again

Remote needs to have more stability and endurance. I dropped it on the ground on accident and the toggle wheel used to accelerate/decelerate with your thumb is broke (it no longer returns to neutral.) it was Hard to ride it that way, while i awaited on my new phone came to
It's a great remote. Only thing I would compliant is there is no physical switch for switching the direction of the board.
