Warranty

WowGo offers a 180 days warranty covering any manufacturing defects for the WowGo 2S/KT/Mini/3/3X/Knight. WowGo offers a 270 days extended warranty covering manufacturing defects for the WowGo AT2 board.

(The warranty for the WowGo 2S/KT/Mini has been extended from 3 months to 6 months starting on from 2020.4.14. Orders placed before 2020.4.13 still have a 3 month warranty)

WowGo boards are built using the best motors, ESC, and batteries. We test all individual parts and run each WowGo Board for 210 minutes before packaging it for shipment to ensure it is built to last.

All components, such as an extra remote or battery, can be purchased separately in our shop. If you do not see the part listed, please contact info@wowgoboard.com. We also provide a 90 days warranty for the parts and components you bought separately on our website.  

The WowGo board can be easily repaired by replacing a broken part. We are happy to diagnose and send replacement part/s for your board free of charge if the board is still under warranty. Free shipping and free parts.

If the problem should still persists after our diagnosis, we will continue to help you finding the correct replacement part until the problem is solved.

We reply to all questions within 24 hours during working days. If a question is sent during the weekend,please expect out response after the next working dayReplacement parts will be sent 3-8 days after your request has been submitted.

Water damage, wheel wear, belts wear and any artificial damage is NOT covered under the warranty. Always charge the board with the original charger. Otherwise the battery might be damaged or even catch fire. This damage is NOT covered under the warranty.

 

Return & Refund Policy

1. We can refund for orders that haven't been shipped, the refund will occur within 3 to 7 business days.

2. If your order has been shipped from factory or the overseas warehouse, we will not provide any refunds, because we can't intercept the order after it has already been transmitted to the logistics company.

3.We will not provide any refunds if you have used the product.

4.If your order gets lost while being shipped or at the customs clearance, we will notify you and let you to decide whether you want a refund or a new shipment free of charge. (If you choose a refund, we do not refund the shipping cost)

5.If there is any quality problem with the product you received, please contact customer service. We will provide you with free replacement parts as soon as possible, and assist you to replace parts under our guidance.
