Q: When will the order be shipped?
A: We will ship your board out within 2 business days. (But the tracking number will be updated a few days later)
Q: Can I change an order after I ordered?
A: Yes, you can! You need to contact us within 2 hours after you place the order. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed successfully because it is hard to modify the order once it gets sent to the factory.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! When your order is shipped, you will received an email with a tracking number.
Q: Why is the tracking number not updating?
A: The tracking number will update only update when it arrives in your destination country and clears customs. It will then be given to your local DHL, UPS, or FedEx and then it will update. Before it's given to DHL, UPS, or FedEx, it will not update. Please do not worry.
Q: Do I need to pay tax on the product?
A: No tax will be charged for US and EU customers if your order is a completed board.
(tax will be charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea).
If you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU/CA, you will need to pay tax.
If you live in New Zealand, we may ship your board in 2 packages due to the custom rules. We will ship your battery and remote in one package and your board in another. The full board will be able to be assembled with the contents of both packages.
Q: Can I refuse receipt of the goods?
A: Yes, you can. You will, however, bear any expenses incurred.
Q: If the courier can't contact me and the package is returned to the sender, can I request a re-delivery?
A: Yes, you can. You will, however, bear any expenses incurred.

Q: How water resistant is this board?
A: The board is not waterproof. The water resistance may reduce after you use the board for a long time. Q: Do I need to charge the battery when I receive the board?
A: Yes, you could to do that, but it is not required. The battery is not fully charged before leaving the factory (to protect the battery during long-distance shipping) and it may be low upon arrival.
Q: How much weight can a WowGo board carry?
A: The max load of WowGo is 280 pounds (150kg). We do recommend a maximum weight of 264 pounds (120kg). Weights above that might have an impact on the boards performance and speed.
Q: How can I adjust steering sensitivity?
A: You can adjust the tightness of the nut at the front of the truck by using a T-wrench. Loosen the nut to make the steering flexible. Tightening the nut will make the steering stiff.
Q: How do I pair the remote to the board?
A: It’s easy! 1: Turn off the board and remote. 2: Long press the power button of the board and the remote at the same time for more than 5 seconds. 3: When the remote vibrates, it will show that it's paired.
Q: How to set the OLED remote display from kilometres to miles?
A: Please re-pair the remote to the board and then you will see the option (km or miles), double-click the power button on the remote to confirm the selection.
Q: When my board has a problem, where can I get support?

Q: How do you make such a great product at such a low price?
A: There are many reasons why we can make this possible. First, we do not have any advertisement expenses. Amazon charges 15 percent so we instead sell directly to customers on our own website. Q: When does my warranty starts? So from what date…
A: From the day you receive your package. The warranty is for 180 days (270 for the AT2).
Q: Can I change my address after the order has been shipped?
A: Please contact our customer support, we will always do our best to help, but there are no guarantees. Sometimes it is simply too late, and the currier no longer allows a change. If there is an additional charge to change the address, the customer will be notified before the change to decide if they want to proceed. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
Warranty
WowGo offers a 180 days warranty covering any manufacturing defects for the WowGo 2S/KT/Mini/3/3X/Knight. WowGo offers a 270 days extended warranty covering manufacturing defects for the WowGo AT2 board.
(The warranty for the WowGo 2S/KT/Mini has been extended from 3 months to 6 months starting on from 2020.4.14. Orders placed before 2020.4.13 still have a 3 month warranty)
WowGo boards are built using the best motors, ESC, and batteries. We test all individual parts and run each WowGo Board for 210 minutes before packaging it for shipment to ensure it is built to last.
All components, such as an extra remote or battery, can be purchased separately in our shop. If you do not see the part listed, please contact info@wowgoboard.com. We also provide a 90 days warranty for the parts and components you bought separately on our website.
The WowGo board can be easily repaired by replacing a broken part. We are happy to diagnose and send replacement part/s for your board free of charge if the board is still under warranty. Free shipping and free parts.
If the problem should still persists after our diagnosis, we will continue to help you finding the correct replacement part until the problem is solved.
We reply to all questions within 24 hours during working days. If a question is sent during the weekend,please expect out response after the next working day. Replacement parts will be sent 3-8 days after your request has been submitted.
Water damage, wheel wear, belts wear and any artificial damage is NOT covered under the warranty. Always charge the board with the original charger. Otherwise the battery might be damaged or even catch fire. This damage is NOT covered under the warranty.
Return & Refund Policy
1. We can refund for orders that haven't been shipped, the refund will occur within 3 to 7 business days.
2. If your order has been shipped from factory or the overseas warehouse, we will not provide any refunds, because we can't intercept the order after it has already been transmitted to the logistics company.
3.We will not provide any refunds if you have used the product.
4.If your order gets lost while being shipped or at the customs clearance, we will notify you and let you to decide whether you want a refund or a new shipment free of charge. (If you choose a refund, we do not refund the shipping cost)
5.If there is any quality problem with the product you received, please contact customer service. We will provide you with free replacement parts as soon as possible, and assist you to replace parts under our guidance.
