First off, I'm generally skeptical of online reviews. But, here goes it, I am a real, living dude, I'm 37, I live in the Willamette valley, Or, US.
If you're here, you are considering buying, do it. I'm gonna save you alot of time by recommending you watch "Daniel Kwan/wowgo x3 review" on youtube. He covers it all(it sold me the board, literally). Watch that...and you'll want one. Plus he's great.
Since Daniel Kwans review covers it all, I'll just tell my experience for what its worth.
I ordered on may 17th, 2020. Got email 3 days later saying it had shipped. Nope. FedEx label is going to be created in the country it's going to be recieved. After 3 weeks of no change, I messaged Wowgo, got a response quick, its shipped on their end, but its waiting to ACTUALLY ship international. I got my board on June 25th,2020. So 30+ days, but its during a pandemic...I DO NOT BLAME WOWGO at all. Pay for the expedited shipping...for the price of the board, its worth it...to me. Basically dont freak out when it's not delivered in like 12 days.
I referenced Daniel Kwan's review earlier if you want a knowledgable review, hes a pro. There's nothing more insightful for me to add. But, I will add my 2cents anyway.
I love the board. Have 50+ miles on it already. Haven't experienced any weird noises or anything I've read in other reviews. To me it's a really cool piece of equipment, it feels solid and well made. I feel like it's worth every penny I spent. I really, really enjoy riding this board, cant praise it enough.
Just a thing I had to add...I'm fortunate to live right next to a middle school that JUST resurfaced its track...so it's kind of rubbery...its been an amazing training run. It helped getting over the kind of newness of riding a powered board. Knowing I won't eat straight cement to my face. So if you can access a track like that, it's great for starting out.
My advice, Order board, Watch reviews online, be super happy when you get it, be unbelievably stoked after like 10 miles(for rookies) when it hits you how awesome this board is. Hope this helped.
